A TIER-2 JAR

Local Food Production

This jar exists because self-sufficiency starts in the kitchen.

Nourish yourself, from your own hands.

We believe the best food comes from your own kitchen. Every jar we make is a step toward self-sufficiency — and an invitation for you to try it too. Real ingredients, real hands, right here in Central Oregon.

WHAT WE'RE PUTTING UP

We teach people to preserve, ferment, and produce their own food so every household can be a little more self-sufficient. Buy a jar to taste what's possible, then learn to make your own.

Pickled onions product label

Pickled onions, jam, mead, cookies

The first batches are coming out of the kitchen now. Pickled red onions are the lead product, with a rotating line of seasonal jams, ferments, and small-batch baked goods.

EVERY JAR COMES WITH A CARD

We include a little insert with each jar — what's inside, who made it, and a place for you to tell us what we should put up next. And yes, the goose rides along.

Front — Reach for the stars — and then for our jars.

Back — not just selling what's in the jar, sharing how it got there.
